The Night Mayor is a tribute to the city after dark — to quiet streets, artificial light, and moments that often go unnoticed. Named in honor of Rotterdam and its iconic Night Mayor, Jules Deelder, it reflects a way of seeing the city: calm, raw, and alive at night. Built for night photography, but tested across mixed light, interiors and even daylight, it maintains contrast, color separation and atmosphere without falling apart. I set the ISO range at a standard of 800 with a maximum range of 6400. Note: This recipe is tuned for a tungsten white balance and was created with a 1/4 gold mist filter. If you’re not using a similar filter, your results may differ — adjust as needed to match your taste.
