With this recipe I tried to emphasise the colours I see in my local rural environment, without overdoing the blue skies, while also managing the harsh Australian light. I prefer warm tones so there’s a lot of amber in the white balance shift. I’ve currently set the Keep Warm Colour to off, but after testing it turned on I’m now undecided. The name was suggested by a member of the OM3 Recipes Facebook group (thank you for that inspiration).
