Asteroid City

A Wes Anderson inspired look. Specifically, Asteroid City. Against all odds, and even in these grey Dutch winter days, I feel I’ve come surprisingly close to achieving that look straight out of camera. This recipe definitely feels like a summer recipe, and I’m convinced it would come even closer to the original with a Gold Mist filter and, ideally a grain option to the Color Profiles. The white balance shift is quite extreme on this one. If you live in a warmer, sunnier climate and feel like giving it a try, I’d genuinely love to see how it behaves there and I’m very curious what WB and color settings you’d end up with.
