Lighthouse
City Look is a color-only recipe with a completely neutral tone curve — no shadow lifting, no highlight adjustments, no exposure comp — letting the color channel work do all the heavy lifting. The dominant moves are a strong boost to yellows (+3) and a hard cut to cyan (-5), which together push the image toward a warm, electric, urban palette reminiscent of sodium street lighting and city glow while stripping out the cool teal tones that would otherwise balance it. Orange-reds are significantly pulled back (-4), which prevents skin tones and warm surfaces from going ruddy or oversaturated, keeping warmth in the yellow register rather than the orange-red one — a more artificial, neon-adjacent quality than natural warmth. The result is a recipe that feels distinctly metropolitan: punchy and warm in the yellows, stripped of cool-teal neutrality, with enough restraint in the reds to keep it from feeling like a simple warming filter.
